Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with Product Managers and business stakeholders to design, execute, and evaluate A/B tests. Navigate the complexities of experimental design and communicate trade-offs and insights clearly. Define and prototype new product and business performance metrics by developing custom data pipelines. Align metric design with key stakeholders, ensuring transparency around tradeoffs and implications. Build high-quality datasets and dashboards to enable self-service analytics across the organization. Partner with Product Engineering for instrumentation and with Analytics Engineering to build scalable tools and data infrastructure. Act as a subject matter expert on experimentation, statistical analysis, and measurement strategies. Qualifications: 5+ years of professional experience in data science, analytics, or a related field. Proven experience with A/B testing and statistical analysis. Strong ability to communicate findings clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Demonstrated success influencing product and business strategies through data. Proficient in at least one programming language (Python or R) and SQL. Experience designing, validating, and implementing new business/product metrics. Comfortable working in cross-functional and cross-cultural teams. Strong problem-solving skills and a detail-oriented mindset. Preferred Qualifications: Master’s or PhD in a quantitative field such as Statistics, Data Science, Economics, Engineering, or Computer Science. Experience in the insurance industry is a plus. Knowledge of customer experience measurement methodologies is a plus.
