About the Role:We're seeking an experienced Lead Analyst – Power Apps and Automate to support and optimize Microsoft Power Apps and Power Automate solutions for the client. As a key member of the Business Integrated Solutions Division, you'll lead a team of analysts, enhance business processes, and provide technical support.
Responsibilities:
Develop, enhance, and maintain Power Apps solutions to improve workflow automation and efficiency (70% hands-on technical analysis)
Design, implement, and support Power Automate processes, integrating automation solutions with business operations
Provide technical support, manage and resolve support tickets, and optimize applications for scalability and security
Lead and mentor a team of analysts, ensuring best practices in Power Platform development and optimization
Collaborate with IT and business stakeholders to align solutions with organizational goals
Requirements:
7+ years of experience in business/application analysis, automation solutions, or Power Platform development
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Power Apps, Power Automate, Canvas App, Power BI, and Azure integrations
Strong knowledge of application lifecycle management, low-code development, and cloud technologies
Experience with Application Performance Monitoring (APM) tools for Microsoft Power Platform solutions
Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field
Desired Skills:
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
Engineering business process improvement (8+ years)
Leadership and team management (5+ years)
Negotiation and conflict resolution (5+ years)
Contractor Responsibilities:
Work onsite 3 days a week at East Broad Street, Richmond, VA 23219
