Location: Manchester - Hybrid / 2 days Per week in Office
• Expert-level experience across Azure Data Services and Data bricks in enterprise environments
• Deep expertise in Delta Lake, distributed compute, Spark optimization, and data modelling
• Strong hands-on skills in Python, PySpark, and Spark SQL
• Experience implementing CI/CD pipelines for data platforms
• Strong understanding of data governance, security, and cloud engineering best practices
• Excellent communication skills and ability to engage senior stakeholders
• Proven delivery mindset — someone who takes ownership and gets things done
• Experience in fast-paced, high-expectation financial services environments.
