• Lead BA team across multiple workstreams define standards templates and governance Drive complex requirements elicitation user stories BRD FRD and end to end process design Conduct impact analysis process modeling and solution validation with architecture and QA Manage stakeholder alignment prioritization scope decisions and business sign offs Support Agile SAFe ceremonies UAT planning defect triage and delivery readiness
• Experience 15 years BA experience with 5 years in a Lead Manager role Strong in enterprise analysis Agile SAFe delivery and cross team coordination
• Excellent communication facilitation and stakeholder management skills Tools JIRA Azure DevOps SQL data analysis
• Preferred: Background Insurance banking modernization cloud migration or platform transformation Guidewire NET
• Certifications: CBAP SAFe Lean certifications preferred
