Role : Lead Business Analyst Location : Cleveland OH (Onsite) Duration :12 Months JOB DESCRIPTION: Lead business analysis for large multi stream programs driving requirements strategy process design and stakeholder alignment while guiding a team of BAs to deliver high quality outcomes Key Responsibilities • Lead BA team across multiple workstreams define standards templates and governance • Drive complex requirements elicitation user stories BRDFRD and end to end process design Conduct impact analysis process modeling and solution validation with architecture and QA. • Manage stakeholder alignment prioritization scope decisions and business sign offs Support AgileSAFe ceremonies UAT planning defect triage and delivery readiness Skills Experience • 15 years BA experience with 5 years in a Lead Manager role • Strong in enterprise analysis Agile SAFe delivery and cross team coordination • Excellent communication facilitation and stakeholder management skills • Tools JIRA Azure DevOps SQL data analysis Preferred • Background Insurance banking modernization cloud migration or platform transformation Duck Creek Guidewire NET Education Certifications Bachelors in BusinessIT CBAPSAFeLean certifications preferred" Best Regards, Bismillah Arzoo (AB)
