Lead Business Analyst

Position: Business Systems Analyst Lead Location: Pittsburgh, PA, Strongsville, OH, Birmingham, AL, Dallas, TX and Phoenix, AZ Location Preference: 1. Most Preferred –Pittsburgh, PA – strongly preferred 1. Second Preferred – All other tech hubs 5 days onsite Acceptable Time Zones : EST or CST Schedule: M-F 8-5 EST or CST Duration: 8 Months to Hire Contract to Hire, W2 Function of the group: Credit card rewards Initiatives: Credit card rewards and lending products Industry Background: Banking is strongly preferred, financial services Team Dynamic: Working with a scrum master, BSA, several developers, product owner, and a manager, very personable, collaborative team Responsibilities: • Daily stand up meeting • Ensure the team has a backlog assigned out to the developers • Work with the POs to ensure there is enough functional stories • Ensure the flow of requirements from the PO to developers is built out • Requirements gathering sessions • Track existing requirements and changes Must Have Skills: Level 4 – 8-10 years + • Jira • SAFe Agile Principals • Ability to write Acceptance Criteria modeling Gherkin scripts • Proficiency documenting technical requirements in the form of functional requirements • Knowledge of a Consumer mindset • Confluence • Cucumber or other automation test scripting Flex Skills: • Knowledge of GIT repository and Postman Soft Skills: • Personable • Respectful • Ability to hold other accountable • Willing to learn • Organized • Leadership Education: Bachelors Required Interview Process: Interview with the HM and the Scrum Master
