Our challenge
We are seeking a highly experienced Lead Business Analyst role, The ideal candidate will possess over 10 years of experience in Business Analystwith a proven track record of designing and implementing complex applications.
Additional Information
• The base salary for this position will vary based on geography and other factors. In accordance with law, the base salary for this role if filled within Charlotte, NC/Atlanta, GA is $110k - $120k/year & benefits (see below).
The Role
Responsibilities:
• Lead business requirement sessions.
• Ability to run design JAD sessions and capture details.
• Interact with business partners and define business process flows for target state.
• Support org change management processes.
• Strong knowledge of commercial underwriting and risk management process to drive conversations with business partners.
• Track project deliverables, manage risks and issues using appropriate tools.
• Provide direction to project team.
• Monitor and report on progress of the project to all partners.
Requirements:
• 10 plus years of experience with strong business knowledge of commercial lending.
• Origination/underwriting including Credit risk and financial analysis.
• Knowledge of both theoretical and practical aspects of project management.
• Experience in strategic planning, risk management and change management.
• Superior collaboration, flexibility and responsiveness.
• Strong communication abilities, with experience driving business liaison meetings and driving requirements and designs.
• Fluent in English with strong verbal/written communication skills.
Preferred, but not required:
• Experience with Lead Business Analyst
• Should have 10+ Years of experience in Business Analyst
• Knowledge of Credit Risk/Financial Analyst is a plus.
