Specific Duties Include but are not limited to:
Β· Serve as the Lead Business Analyst on large-scale, multi-million-dollar enterprise integration initiatives.
Β· Assist with data analysis, data modeling, and reporting efforts using tools like SQL, Power BI, and Tableau.
Β· Collaborate with QA/Test teams to design test cases, perform UAT coordination, and validate implemented solutions.
Β· Assist with managing and tracking business requirements through version control, traceability, and change management processes.
Β· Utilize business tools to effectively document current state or update current documentation.
Β· Define, analyze, and document business and IT Requirements.
Β· Managing Program and IT requirements through the system development lifecycle.
Β· Communicate project requirements and agency policies and procedures to all stakeholders, facilitators, and partners.

Experience required:
Β· A minimum of four (4) years of experience as a Business Analyst (BA) is required. At least two (2) years of Lead BA experience. Education may be substituted for experience as determined by the agency to be relevant.
Β· 4+ years of experience analyzing and documenting business and technical requirements for systems integrations.
Β· Strong understanding of modern IT systems, data architecture, and cloud-based solutions.
Β· Demonstrated ability to work across departments, agencies, and third-party vendors.
Β· Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, or hybrid IT environments.
Education required:
Preferred - BA/BS degree in Business Administration/Management, Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, or Computer Science. Relevant experience may be substituted for education as determined by the agency.
