Role: Lead Cloud Data Engineer (Azure + Snowflake)
Location: USA Remote
Type: Full Time Permanent Role (NO Contract)
Lead Cloud Data Engineer to build and optimize scalable data pipelines across Azure and Snowflake. This role sits at the intersection of engineering, analytics, and data governance - shaping the medallion architecture that powers insights for our clients and internal teams.

What You'll Do:
• Build and maintain ADF pipelines, Event Hub streaming, and batch ingestion workflows
• Develop Snowpark transformations and optimize Snowflake SQL for performance and cost
• Own the Bronze Silver Gold data architecture, including schema enforcement and automated quality checks
• Implement PII masking, encryption, RBAC, and compliance controls aligned to governance standards
• Enable integration with downstream BI tools, APIs, and analytics platforms
• Support CI/CD automation using Git/Azure DevOps and implement monitoring, alerting, and recovery workflows
What You Bring:
• 6 10+ years of cloud/data engineering experience - Azure + Snowflake required
• Hands-on with ADF, Event Hub, Snowpark, medallion architecture, and Snowflake SQL
• Strong background in data modeling, data quality frameworks, and secure data handling
• Experience in CI/CD pipelines, version control, and infrastructure automation
• Strong communication skills and the ability to lead technical discussions with cross-functional teams
Education
• Bachelor's degree required in Computer Science, Data Engineering, Information Systems, or similar
• Master's degree preferred
