Role description
Role: Lead Data Analyst (Palantir AIP Palantir Foundry ) Location – Milwaukee, WI Job Summary We are seeking a Lead Data Analyst with 7 to 10 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Palantir AIP Palantir Foundry and Palantir technologies. Experience in the Industrial Manufacturing domain is a plus. This hybrid role requires a proactive individual who can drive data-driven decisions and contribute to our company’s success. Responsibilities β€’ Analyze complex datasets using Palantir AIP to provide actionable insights that drive business decisions. β€’ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and deliver solutions using Palantir Foundry. β€’ Develop and maintain data models and pipelines to ensure data accuracy and consistency. β€’ Utilize Palantir technologies to create dashboards and reports that effectively communicate data findings to stakeholders. β€’ Identify trends and patterns in data to support strategic planning and operational improvements. β€’ Ensure data integrity and security by implementing best practices in data management. β€’ Provide technical guidance and support to junior analysts in the team. β€’ Work closely with the Industrial Manufacturing team to apply data analytics in optimizing production processes. β€’ Conduct regular data audits to ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations. β€’ Lead data-driven projects from conception to completion ensuring timely delivery and quality outcomes. β€’ Stay updated with the latest advancements in data analytics and Palantir technologies to continuously improve processes. β€’ Facilitate workshops and training sessions to enhance data literacy across the organization. β€’ Contribute to the development of data governance frameworks to enhance data quality and accessibility. Qualifications β€’ β€’ Possess strong analytical skills with extensive experience in Palantir AIP Foundry and related technologies. β€’ Demonstrate a solid understanding of data modeling data pipelines and data visualization techniques. β€’ Have experience in the Industrial Manufacturing domain applying data analytics to improve operational efficiency. β€’ Exhibit excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a hybrid work model. β€’ Show proficiency in communicating complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders effectively. β€’ Display a commitment to continuous learning and staying abreast of industry trends and technologies.
