Job Summary
We are seeking a Lead Data Analyst with 7 to 10 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Palantir AIP Palantir Foundry and Palantir technologies. Experience in the Industrial Manufacturing domain is a plus. This hybrid role requires a proactive individual who can drive data-driven decisions and contribute to our companyβs success.
Responsibilities
β’ Analyze complex datasets using Palantir AIP to provide actionable insights that drive business decisions.
β’ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and deliver solutions using Palantir Foundry.
β’ Develop and maintain data models and pipelines to ensure data accuracy and consistency.
β’ Utilize Palantir technologies to create dashboards and reports that effectively communicate data findings to stakeholders.
β’ Identify trends and patterns in data to support strategic planning and operational improvements.
β’ Ensure data integrity and security by implementing best practices in data management.
β’ Provide technical guidance and support to junior analysts in the team.
β’ Work closely with the Industrial Manufacturing team to apply data analytics in optimizing production processes.
β’ Conduct regular data audits to ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
β’ Lead data-driven projects from conception to completion ensuring timely delivery and quality outcomes.
β’ Stay updated with the latest advancements in data analytics and Palantir technologies to continuously improve processes.
β’ Facilitate workshops and training sessions to enhance data literacy across the organization.
β’ Contribute to the development of data governance frameworks to enhance data quality and accessibility.
Qualifications

β’ Possess strong analytical skills with extensive experience in Palantir AIP Foundry and related technologies.
β’ Demonstrate a solid understanding of data modeling data pipelines and data visualization techniques.
