Required Skills • Education: Bachelor’s in Computer Science, IT, or related field. • Data Analysis: Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, accuracy. • SQL: Proficient in writing queries, working with joins, analyzing large datasets. • Data Warehousing / BI: Hands-on experience in these areas. • Data Sourcing & Profiling: Ability to pull, validate, and curate datasets. • Documentation: Skilled in documenting data mappings, requirements, interfaces. • SDLC Knowledge: Full lifecycle familiarity (Agile preferred). • Communication: Ability to simplify technical concepts for business stakeholders. • Project Management: Experience tracking projects, creating test/implementation plans, working with PMs. Desired / Nice-to-Have Skills • Alteryx: Data prep/automation tool knowledge. • Salesforce (Sales Cloud / Marketing Cloud): Highly valuable since many businesses rely on it. • Data Migration: Between applications. • Team Coordination: Offshore team collaboration, SME role. • QA & UAT Support: Test plan creation, execution, and validation.
