Job Description As the Data Engineer Enablement Lead, you will play a pivotal role in empowering our data engineering team to deliver high-quality, scalable, and efficient data solutions. You will leverage your extensive experience in data engineering and ETL processes, along with your expertise in DBT and Apache Airflow, to lead and mentor a team of data engineers. Your primary focus will be on enabling the team to build robust data pipelines, optimize data workflows, and ensure data quality and integrity. Key Responsibilities • Lead and mentor a team of data engineers, providing guidance and support in the design, development, and maintenance of data pipelines and ETL processes. • Develop and implement best practices for data engineering, including coding standards, testing, and documentation. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and translate them into scalable and efficient data solutions. • Utilize DBT to transform raw data into structured, analysis-ready datasets, ensuring data quality and consistency. • Implement and manage workflow orchestration using Apache Airflow, optimizing task scheduling and monitoring. • Drive continuous improvement in data engineering processes, identifying opportunities for automation and efficiency gains. Compensation: $55/hr to $70/hr. Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
