Job Description
As the Data Engineer Enablement Lead, you will play a pivotal role in empowering our data engineering team to deliver high-quality, scalable, and efficient data solutions. You will leverage your extensive experience in data engineering and ETL processes, along with your expertise in DBT and Apache Airflow, to lead and mentor a team of data engineers. Your primary focus will be on enabling the team to build robust data pipelines, optimize data workflows, and ensure data quality and integrity.
Key Responsibilities
β’ Lead and mentor a team of data engineers, providing guidance and support in the design, development, and maintenance of data pipelines and ETL processes.
β’ Develop and implement best practices for data engineering, including coding standards, testing, and documentation.
β’ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and translate them into scalable and efficient data solutions.
β’ Utilize DBT to transform raw data into structured, analysis-ready datasets, ensuring data quality and consistency.
β’ Implement and manage workflow orchestration using Apache Airflow, optimizing task scheduling and monitoring.
β’ Drive continuous improvement in data engineering processes, identifying opportunities for automation and efficiency gains.
Compensation:
$55/hr to $70/hr.
Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
Employees in this role will enjoy a comprehensive benefits package starting on day one of

the 401(k) retirement plan begins after 90 days of employment. Additionally, employees in this
