Work Requirements: US Citizen, GC Holders or Authorized to Work in the U.S. Lead Data Engineer Responsibilities: • Proficient in knowledge of business systems, applications, processes and data to support data solutions • Guide and mentor Data Engineers and/or Data Analysts • Help coordinate activities, provide leadership in large projects by: • Establishing standards and providing guidance to other Data Engineers and Data Analysts • Ensures other Data Engineers and Data Analysts are following standards • Foster communication and collaboration between different departments, communicate vision and strategy for ETL tools, pipelines, performance implication of solutions to stakeholders and leadership • Provide strategic input and help set direction on data preparation and data modeling practices.
