• Proven experience in leading data engineering teams.
• Strong understanding of distributed databases and data architecture.
• Expertise in designing end-to-end data transformation and pipeline processes.
• Track record of managing secure, durable, and performant data platforms.
• Experience collaborating with senior stakeholders, including reporting to directors.
• Cloud platform experience (e.g. AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Strong programming skills in Python, Java, or similar languages.
• Strategic thinking and experience working in change/transformation environments.
• Deep business acumen and understanding of risk, controls, and governance frameworks.
