About Our Opportunity As Onebright’s Lead Data Engineer / Data Architect it will be your responsibility to structure key elements of our data architecture by delivering critical pipelines, enforcing architectural standards and enabling junior staff through hands-on mentoring. Your role will focus on delivering a specific line in dbt, defining and embedding governance frameworks, and architecting the foundational model pathway – ensuring long-term maintainability, scalability and quality of the warehouse during a critical staff transition. What We Need From You • Proven track record delivering Snowflake + SQL data architectures • Hands-on experience with dbt or equivalent modelling tools • Deep understanding of data warehousing design, SCD logic, and testing standards • Experience implementing CI/CD for data pipelines (BitBucket, GitHub, etc.) • Strong documentation and mentoring capabilities - able to uplift junior staff • Demonstrated ability to lead refactoring or transformation of legacy pipelines and models • Comfortable working in high-urgency environments with limited existing structure About Onebright At Onebright we help individuals and organisations with mental health and wellbeing solutions, providing every person with the best mental healthcare, offering hope for a better future.
