We are a stealth AI start-up focusing on enterprise performance, a 100+ $billion-dollar space. This is pilot project that requires the following skills 1. Data modelling and Postgres DB 1. Development of LLM for performance management application with supervised learning 1. Build Agentic AI including supervised and reinforcement learning methods (e.g., decision trees, random forests, neural networks) • Build datasets for agents • Fine-tune machine learning algorithms to improve model accuracy and efficiency 1. A/B testing SUCCESS SKILLS: • Clear communication and accountability for own performance • Conduct usability tests and iterate designs based on user feedback to ensure optimal user experiences. • Apply problem-solving skills and analytical mind-set ABOUT YOU: If you are not afraid of hard work and embody entrepreneurial spirit, this opportunity is for you! This is a fast-paced environment; this project will act as a test project for a flat fee; depending on performance you will be presented with an opportunity to become equity-owner with fast vesting path, however, initially role does not come with base salary until market validation in the coming months.
