Weβre developing a new Minecraft Bedrock DLC based on a well-known IP within the Minecraft community, designed for release on the official Minecraft Marketplace.
Weβre looking for a lead developer with strong programming and systems experience to take the technical reins of the project.
You donβt need prior Minecraft specific experience, but you must be confident learning new APIs and working with data-driven gameplay systems..
Responsibilities
Leading technical development of a Bedrock Edition add-on featuring:
β’ Mission and objective systems
β’ Trigger-based interactions
β’ Custom item behaviours and scripted logic
Writing modular logic using the Minecraft Scripting API
Structuring and maintaining behaviour and resource packs
Working closely with producers, designers, and artists
Qualifications
β’ Has strong experience with game scripting (JavaScript, Lua, C#, etc.)
β’ Understands event-driven and data-driven systems
β’ Is comfortable working with JSON-based configurations
β’ Has worked in game dev, modding, or UGC platforms (e.g. Unity, Minecraft Java, Unreal, etc.)
β’ Can learn new tools/APIs quickly and independently
β’ Communicates clearly in a remote production setting
