Job Summary
Join a high-impact team supporting enterprise application development with a focus on WebSphere and Informatics technologies. This role involves designing, developing, and implementing robust software systems that meet complex business needs, while ensuring high performance, scalability, and compliance.Key Responsibilities
• Analyze complex business requirements and convert them into detailed technical specifications
• Design and develop complex software components using WebSphere, Informatica, and related technologies
• Act as a subject matter expert in modeling, simulation, and analysis activities
• Implement best practices for testing, deployment, and support
• Ensure all solutions meet compliance and quality assurance standards
• Adapt quickly to evolving project and business needs
Required Experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related technical field
• 10+ years of hands-on development experience
• Proven experience delivering end-to-end large-scale software projects
• Expertise in Agile and iterative software development life cycles
Nice-to-Have Experience
• Experience with enterprise-level integrations across U.S.-Canada operations
• Background in financial services or other regulated industries
