Lead DevOps Engineer - Up To $650 Per Day - London - Hybrid

Location: London (Hybrid) Rate: Up To £650 Per Day Type: 6 Month Rolling Contract We are working with a highly respected and long-established firm based in London that is looking to appoint an experienced Lead DevOps Engineer to play a key role in advancing and supporting its cloud strategy. This is a senior, hands-on role offering the opportunity to build, optimise, and maintain scalable, secure, and resilient cloud platforms that support business-critical systems across the organisation. What you’ll be doing • Designing, building, and maintaining AWS-based cloud infrastructure for large-scale, data-intensive workloads • Supporting enterprise data modernisation and migration initiatives from a DevOps and platform perspective • Implementing Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and automation to ensure scalability, resilience, security, and cost efficiency • Building and optimising CI/CD pipelines to support rapid, reliable software delivery What you’ll need to have • Strong experience as a DevOps Engineer or in a senior platform engineering role within AWS environments • Proven experience supporting large-scale data transformation or cloud migration programmes • Deep understanding of AWS-native services used in modern data architectures • (e.g. data lakes, analytics platforms, streaming, distributed processing) If you’re a DevOps Engineer looking for a strategic role within a respected London-based firm, we’d love to hear from you.
