Role Description This is a contract hybrid role located in the Miami-Fort Lauderdale Area for a Lead DevSecOps Engineer. The Lead DevSecOps Engineer will be responsible for overseeing and implementing security protocols within our development and operation processes. Daily tasks include performing security assessments, integrating security tools into CI/CD pipelines, managing vulnerabilities, and coordinating with various teams to ensure security best practices. The role will also involve automating security processes and ensuring regulatory compliance. Qualifications β€’ Experience with DevOps tools and practices, such as Jenkins, Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines β€’ Strong knowledge of security best practices, including vulnerability management and security assessments β€’ Proficiency in programming and scripting languages, such as Python, Bash, and JavaScript β€’ Experience with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud β€’ Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail β€’ Ability to work independently and as part of a team β€’ Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field β€’ Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or AWS Certified Security – Specialty are a plus
