We are gearing up for our beta launch and are seeking a Lead Engineer to join our founding team. This is a leadership role for someone who thrives in building high-impact solutions, guiding technical direction, and integrating LLMs into real-world applications. Role Description This is an unpaid contract role with the opportunity for permanent onboarding and equity acquisition. We are open to applicants worldwide, with a strong preference for candidates based in or near Cambridge, UK. The Lead Engineer will oversee the end-to-end development of our platform, lead and mentor a growing engineering team, and own the technical architecture. You will play a hands-on role in building core product features, integrating APIs and LLM-powered systems, and ensuring scalability, security, and high performance across the stack.
