Role Summary
Seeking a GenAI-focused Engineering Lead to drive automation and improve code quality using advanced AI tools and backend development expertise.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead a team of engineers and accelerate development initiatives.
• Identify automation opportunities using GenAI (RAG, prompt engineering, agentic workflows).
• Develop and optimize backend and ETL solutions using Python.
• Leverage tools like GitHub Copilot and Claude Code to enhance productivity.
• Build AI-driven testing frameworks to reduce defects and improve reliability.
Required Skills
• Strong experience in GenAI, RAG, prompting techniques, and coding agents
• Proficiency in Python, ETL, and backend development
• Experience leading engineering teams
Good to Have
• Full-stack .NET experience
• Oracle Cloud experience
