Senior Analytics Lead, Product & Operations Rate: Highly negotiable Location Full Remote Contract Length: 12 + month contract to (hire + multi-extension capability) Summary We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Analytics Lead to drive data-driven decision-making across our Product and Operations teams. This role requires a blend of analytical expertise, strategic thinking, and strong communication skills to empower cross-functional teams and enhance the user experience. Responsibilities • Design, execute, and evaluate product and operational launches using advanced techniques such as A/B testing and causal inference, providing actionable insights to improve product and customer experience. • Develop and maintain key metrics, dashboards, and data sets to monitor performance, drive AirCover OKRs, and identify opportunities for user experience enhancements. • Partner with Product, Operations, and Engineering teams to define metric and logging specifications, ensuring data quality and consistency for robust reporting and analysis. • Cultivate data literacy across Product and Operations, providing guidance on data tools, data products, and best practices for self-service data exploration. • Communicate analytical findings and strategic recommendations to senior leadership and stakeholders, influencing product and operational roadmaps. • Collaborate with leadership to define and deliver a strategic analytics roadmap, aligning analytical efforts with business objectives. • Prioritize and deliver ad-hoc data requests from Operations and Product teams, ensuring timely insights that drive business value. • Identify, build, and implement AI-powered tools to enhance analytical capabilities and accelerate time to insights for both individual use and stakeholder empowerment. Qualifications: • 5+ years of industry experience in business analytics. • Degree (Master's or PhD preferred) in a quantitative field such as Statistics, Econometrics, Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Data Science, or Operations Research. • Demonstrated experience supporting or working closely with Operations teams. • Expert proficiency in SQL and at least one programming language for data analysis (Python or R). • Proven experience with non-experimental causal inference methods, experimentation, and machine learning techniques, ideally within a multi-sided platform environment. • Working knowledge of schema design, high-dimensional data modeling, and ETL best practices. • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous, and complex environment, demonstrating comfort with minimal planning and direction. #IND
