We are actively seeking Lead Power BI Developer for one of our direct client, Please share your resume with current location & full contact info Job Title: Lead Power BI Developer Location: Dublin, CA(Hybrid) Responsibilities: • Understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications for Power BI reports and dashboards. • Design, develop, and publish interactive dashboards using Power BI (Power BI Desktop & Power BI Service). • Integrate data from various sources including SQL Server, Excel, SharePoint, and cloud-based sources (Azure, etc.). • Build and optimize data models (star/snowflake schema) and DAX queries for performance and usability. • Develop and manage ETL processes using Power Query, Dataflows, or Azure Data Factory. • Implement row-level security (RLS) and access controls within Power BI reports. • Perform data validation and ensure accuracy of reports and dashboards. • Collaborate with stakeholders, business analysts, and data engineers to ensure report alignment with business goals. • Monitor Power BI service performance and schedule dataset refreshes. • Stay up-to-date with Power BI updates, best practices, and industry trends.
