β’ This is a Senior Salesforce Lead role and overall experience should be 14+ years of overall IT experience and at least 12+ years of relevant experience working on Salesforce.
β’ Extensive knowledge of Salesforce Clouds like Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Sales Cloud.
β’ Good to have exposure on Automotive Cloud, Financial Services Cloud Extensive knowledge of Omnichannel implementations in Salesforce Salesforce development experience with Flows, Apex, Triggers, sf command line tools, Lightning Web Components, and configuration (Object Management, Security Profiles, App/Lightning Page Management)
β’ Experience in delivering successful Salesforce Data Architecture & decomposing pre-existing data architecture from neighboring systems Software development experience with strong handle on software development process including Analysis, Design, Coding, Unit Testing, Problem/Defect Resolution and Planning.
β’ Software development experience in integrating Salesforce with 3rd party APIs
β’ Extensive Salesforce testing knowledge apart from Unit testing based on test cases and scenarios.
β’ Good understanding of Agile software development methodologies
β’ Extensive hands-on experience with Salesforce release management and Devops tools like ANT, Change Set, Flossum.
β’ Familiarity with Azure Devops, Gearset pipeline will be good to have.
β’ Very good understanding and hands on with Data loader, Integration of Salesforce with other systems
β’ Very good communication skills and should be able to lead small teams on tasks and report progress
β’ Very strong Design skills and ability to think through multiple implementation scenarios in terms of architecting the solutions
β’ Qualified individuals that have stronger development experience working with LWCs and Experience Cloud, Platform Events and other scalable facilities within the platform.
β’ Multi-language experience is extremely key as everything it is required to building components that need to incorporate translation support (eg. Custom labels).
β’ Also, a non-negotiable is that developers to have the necessary experience in leveraging source control and related tooling to develop and deploy changes within Salesforce (ANT and Change Sets are legacy and no longer recommended means of deploying changes).

β’ Experience of Java Script and CSS
β’ Ensuring proper testing is done by team and the finished product follows all the best practices for development. Responsible for driving Architecture and Solutioning discussions with Customer IT and Business based on program level requirements that covers Salesforce and its integration with other systems (CRM or Non-CRM). Should be responsible for maintaining RAID Log and managing risks/issues with the Customer and also providing updates to Internal leadership.
