Job Summary:
β’ We are seeking an experienced Salesforce CPQ Business Analyst with proven leadership experience to support a digital transformation initiative. This project involves transitioning legacy systems to Salesforce and requires a candidate with strong functional expertise in Salesforce CPQ, Sales Cloud, and Order Management processes.
β’ This is not a developer or technical admin role β we are looking for a business-focused professional who can lead workshops, gather requirements, manage stakeholders, and guide solution design and data migration activities
Required Skills & Experience:
β’ 5+ years of experience as a Salesforce Business Analyst with recent focus on Salesforce CPQ.
β’ Proven experience in leading Salesforce implementations, particularly transitioning from legacy systems.
β’ Hands-on knowledge of Salesforce Sales Cloud, CPQ configurations, and Quote-to-Order lifecycle.
β’ Experience in data migration projects, including field mapping and validation (ETL familiarity a plus).
β’ Strong knowledge of CPQ components: Product Bundling, Pricing Rules, Product Options, Approvals, and Templates.
β’ Solid understanding of integration concepts using REST/SOAP APIs (no hands-on coding required).
β’ Familiarity with Salesforce automation tools: Process Builder, Flows, Workflows, Assignment Rules.
β’ Excellent verbal and written communication skills; able to lead client-facing discussions and presentations.
β’ Experience working in Agile environments, with the ability to manage changing requirements and priorities.
Preferred Qualifications:
β’ Experience with Salesforce Order Management System (OMS) is highly desirable.
β’ Prior experience in a lead role on enterprise Salesforce projects.
β’ Salesforce CPQ certification is a plus, but not required.
