Lead Systems Information Engineer

Job OverviewB360 is seeking a dynamic and highly skilled Lead Systems Information Engineer to provide expert support in managing and optimizing the M365 Cloud platform. This position will involve overseeing a variety of technical tasks related to the integration, security, and administration of the M365 environment, ensuring it operates efficiently and securely. Duties Lead the integration and optimization of M365 Cloud Suite, including SharePoint Online, Power Platform, Teams, and Exchange Online. Oversee SharePoint On-Premises Farm administration and integration with the M365 Cloud environment. Implement and configure Microsoft Purview for data protection and compliance. Provide technical leadership in supporting Windows Server and SQL cluster environments (2019/2022). Manage and configure Power Platform environments, including design and implementation of ALM pipelines. Develop data readiness plans, including migration and security protocols. Utilize Defender, Copilot, Purview, Loop, and Graph Connectors for enhanced security, privacy, and compliance. Collaborate with IRS systems support teams to ensure seamless integration across Teams, SharePoint, Exchange, and Azure. Provide bi-weekly status updates and monthly consolidated reports on system health and performance. Requirements Experience: 7-12 years of experience managing M365 environments, with at least 5 years in cloud-based systems. Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or related field (Master’s preferred). Skills Expertise in M365 environment management, including SharePoint Online and on-prem farms. Strong knowledge of Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI). Proficient in PowerShell scripting for automation. Experience with AvePoint Online Services, SFTP, Splunk Enterprise, and BYOK. Strong technical leadership with a focus on security, governance, and compliance frameworks such as Purview. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
