Job Title: Lead Tableau Developer Mode of Work - 2 - 3 days Hybrid Location - Rutherford NJ / Tampa FL This is a W2 or Independent Contractor role and not open to subcontracting Job Description Lead the design, development, and deployment of advanced Tableau dashboards and visualizations to support business intelligence needs. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, translate them into technical solutions, and ensure data accuracy and usability. Optimize data models, SQL queries, and Tableau extracts for performance and scalability. Mentor and guide junior developers, enforcing best practices in BI development and governance.
