Lead TOSCA Engineer

Overview We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Tosca QA Engineer to oversee quality assurance processes and ensure the delivery of high-quality software solutions. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Tricentis Tosca automation, strong leadership capabilities, and a deep understanding of QA methodologies. Key Responsibilities • Lead and manage QA automation efforts using Tricentis Tosca. • Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts and frameworks. • Collaborate with development, business analysts, and project teams to define test strategies and ensure coverage. • Drive continuous improvement in QA processes and tools. • Mentor and guide junior QA engineers on Tosca best practices. • Perform root cause analysis for defects and ensure timely resolution. • Prepare and present QA reports to stakeholders. Required Skills & Qualifications: • 5+ years of experience in QA automation, with at least 3 years in Tosca. • Strong knowledge of test automation frameworks, API testing, and test management tools. • Experience in Agile/Scrum environments. • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills. • Ability to lead and manage a team effectively. Preferred Qualifications: • Tosca Automation Specialist or Test Design Specialist certification. • Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices. • Knowledge of performance testing and integration testing.
