LIMS Developer

Job Title: LIMS Developer (Labvantage) Location: Remote Duration: 9+ Months Contract Interview Process: Video Must-Have Skills • LIMS experience (LabVantage LIMS highly preferred) • SQL • Oracle 1.Primary Responsibilities • Environmental Setup & System Cloning • Configure environment and database in Baxter DMZ for data-cleansing readiness. • Develop data-filtration scripts to remove SIMTRA data and set up continuous replication. • Remove all security groups, permissions, and security keys from the cloned environment. 1. Data Cleansing • Analyze database structure and create cleansing scripts for all relevant tables. • Remove all SIMTRA-related data including documents, attachments, product codes, and PII for Bloomington and Halle sites. 1. Testing & Validation • Write data-verification scripts ensuring no SIMTRA data is shared with Vantive. • Perform regression testing to confirm system accuracy after cleansing. 1. Documentation • Prepare documentation required by Vantive to clone and set up the application.Provide detailed integration and setup instructions. Qualifications • Strong LIMS development and configuration experience (LabVantage v8+ preferred). • Solid understanding of build/deployment processes. • Proficient in SQL (complex queries) in Oracle or MS SQL. • Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills. • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. • Advanced knowledge of Java, web services, Hibernate, JMS. • Experience with Jasper Reports is a plus. • Experience with Java EE servers such as Oracle WebLogic, Red Hat JBoss, or IBM WebSphere.
