M365 Copilot Engineer London/Office Based Contract We are Hiring M365 Copilot Engineer this Office 365 role plays a critical part in enabling digital transformation for enterprise customers across industries such as banking, healthcare, manufacturing, and retail. The position directly contributes to improving collaboration, security, and productivity by leveraging Microsoft 365 services like Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, Intune, and Azure AD. Your responsibilities • Configure Microsoft 365 platform for successful deployment and maintenance of M365 Copilot and Copilot Studi • Translate business needs into technical proposals and M365 configurati • onDevelop, represent at governance forums and execute technical implementation plans across M365 (including Copilot admin, licencing, security controls (purview) etc) • Establish guardrails for responsible AI usage. Monitor data access, permissions and audit logs. Collaborate with security teams to ensure safe deploymentImplement strong governance over M365 agents using Agent 365 in line with governance forums and security requiremen • Develop workflows that automate business processes using Copilot Studio and Power Platform • Adhere to governance controls including enterprise security controls. • Monitor platform performance usage and feedback, identifying opportunities to improve and report back to leadership • Stay aligned to Microsoft roadmap and delivering new features • Log, drive and chase Microsoft Support Tickets. Your ProfileEssential skills/knowledge/experience: • M365 Administration experience across; • M365 Copilot Deployment (across all areas of M365M365 • Copilot administration (including Agent 365) • SharePoint • PurviewPower • Platform (including managing copilot Studio environments) • Copilot StudioAzure AD/Entra ID Expertise.
