Job - M365 Engineer Location: - Any Exp. - 5+ Yrs Mode: - Remote Job Description: - Job Description The job profile is responsible for hiring skilled Microsoft 365 Engineer with strong AI and automation expertise to help our team design, build, and scale agentic AI–driven automations across the Microsoft 365 ecosystem. Knowledge of M365 environment and this role will focus on leveraging Microsoft Copilot, Power Platform, Azure AI, and Graph APIs to create intelligent agents and workflows that enhance productivity, automate business processes, and deliver measurable business outcomes. Job Description/ Principal Functional Responsibilities: Knowledge of M365 Services like Email, SharePoint, Teams etc. Design and implement automation solutions across Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, etc.) Design, develop, and deploy copilot agents using Microsoft Copilot Studio with M365 Services Knowledge of REST/Graph APIs and custom connectors for M365 system Build advanced workflows using Power Automate Implement AI-powered decision-making and task orchestration using Copilot Studio Build AI agents that can plan, reason, execute, and iterate across M365 workloads Integrate copilots with Power Automate for workflow automation Implement basic machine learning algorithms and AI pipelines Test copilots for accuracy, performance, and conversation flow Integrate copilots with SharePoint and Microsoft Teams. Manage M365 and AI environment setup, permissions, and security policies Stay updated with emerging AI tools, frameworks, and best practices β€’ Document copilot architecture, workflows, and best practices Education BA/BS/Engineering in Information Systems/Computer Science/IT or equivalent degree course. Microsoft Power Platform or Copilot-related certifications. Training/certification on Generative AI, Copilot studio, Graph API. Experience/Skills Minimum of 5+ years of relevant experience in managing and supporting M365 services. Experience in Power Platform and AI platform and tools, Microsoft 365 copilot studio. Development of Copilot Agents to automate Day to Day repetitive Tasks. Integration of Automation tools with Microsoft, Service Now and other third-party applications using API. Knowledge of programing language python Experience with Microsoft Copilot Studio or Power Virtual Agents Foundational knowledge of the Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps
