Our client is seeking a highly skilled Machine Learning & Data Scientist to support enterprise analytics initiatives. This role focuses on transforming raw data into actionable insights through statistical modeling, forecasting, optimization, and machine learning. You’ll collaborate with business and analytics leaders to answer complex questions, validate findings through experimentation, and communicate results through compelling visualizations.
🛠️ Key Responsibilities:
• Analyze complex datasets using statistical and machine learning techniques
• Develop and implement algorithms to manage and transform data efficiently
• Create dashboards and visualizations to communicate insights to stakeholders
• Collaborate with Data Wranglers and IT to source and prepare data
• Apply experimental and iterative approaches to validate insights
• Translate technical findings into business-friendly language and visual formats
• Support decision modeling and forecasting for business units
• Stay current with emerging analytical techniques and recommend their use
✅ Must-Have Skills:
• Strong quantitative and analytical skills
• Experience working in uncertain environments with limited requirements
• Proficiency in SQL and Python (3–5 years)
• Hands-on experience with PySpark and large-scale data processing
• Experience creating automated unit tests
• Dashboard design and data visualization expertise using Tableau (1–3 years)
• Familiarity with enterprise statistical tools (e.g., SAS, SPSS, Statistica)
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to work independently in remote settings
