Summary:
Join the FinOps team as a Lead Machine Learning Engineer to pioneer advanced forecasting models that drive global infrastructure decisions. You will design AI/ML-driven solutions for hybrid cloud environments, enhancing our ability to predict infrastructure demand accurately. Collaborating with diverse teams, your work will optimize capacity planning and contribute to the development of scalable, high-performance forecasting tools.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and enhance AI/ML forecasting models for demand and supply planning.
• Integrate advanced forecasting techniques (ARIMA, Bayesian models, RNN/LSTM) with hybrid AI approaches.
• Conduct customer segmentation using ML and run scenario-based forecasts for optimal scaling.
• Validate AI improvements through POCs and collaborate on capacity roadmaps with infrastructure teams.
• Automate forecasting, reporting, and analytics workflows, delivering end-to-end ML solution management.
Must-Have Skills:
• Expertise in Python and Java with a strong foundation in algorithm optimization.
• Proficient in AI/ML techniques and tools (TensorFlow, PyTorch, big data frameworks).
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to transform complex insights into actionable strategies.
Industry Experience:
• Prior experience in cloud infrastructure planning and familiarity with ServiceNow platform architecture is preferred.
