This is a rare chance to contribute to cutting-edge AI research with real-world impact, working alongside top engineers and researchers in the field. 🧠 The Work You’ll be building and experimenting with machine learning systems and AI agents, solving complex problems at scale. • Design and build ML systems and infrastructure • Work on LLMs (prompting, post-training, evaluation) • Develop intelligent agents to automate workflows • Run experiments on large datasets and translate results into impact • Collaborate with research and engineering teams 🎯 Levels We’re Hiring 🔹 (£71K) – Early Career • 0–2 years industry OR strong academic background • MSc / PhD candidates or recent grads • Experience with ML, Python, PyTorch (projects/internships count) 👉 Ideal for candidates breaking into industry from academia 🔹 (£90K) – Mid-Level • 2–5 years experience in ML / AI • Hands-on experience building ML models at scale • Exposure to LLMs or generative AI 👉 Strong engineers who can contribute independently 🔹 (£114K) – Senior • 5+ years experience OR strong PhD + research track record • Deep experience in ML systems, LLMs, or large-scale experimentation • Proven ability to execute and deliver in high-performance environments 👉 High-output engineers who can drive workstreams ✅ Core Requirements • Experience in Machine Learning / AI systems • Strong Python skills • Experience with PyTorch or similar frameworks • Experience working with large datasets / experiments • Ability to translate research into real-world applications ⭐ Nice to Have • Generative AI / LLM experience • Background in Mathematics, Physics, or ML • Research publications or academic experience • Experience from top tech companies or startups ⚠️ Environment • Fast-paced, high-performance team • High expectations on delivery and output • Ambiguity is part of the job 📩 Apply Send your CV ASAP — shortlisting ahead of Monday 1PM deadline
