Job Summary:
We’re looking for a highly skilled Machine Learning Engineer to join our client’s AI/GenAI engineering team. You’ll design and deploy scalable machine learning solutions using modern parallel environments, collaborate cross-functionally, and ensure code quality and model performance from inception to business impact.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
• Design and adapt ML models leveraging distributed systems (GPU, multicore SMP, clusters)
• Build scalable classifiers using ML, regression models, and rule-based systems
• Work closely with cross-functional (XFN) teams to gather and synthesize requirements
• Write clean, scalable code alongside engineering teams
Must-Have Qualifications:
• 6+ years in software engineering (or 3+ years with PhD)
• 2+ years of experience in ML, AI, recommendation systems, data mining, etc.
• Strong experience with Python and one or more: JavaScript, Hack, PHP, Shell
• Proven success building and scaling ML models from design to deployment
• Cross-functional team collaboration experience
• Strong track record with code reviews, testing, monitoring, and rollout
Preferred Skills:
• Master’s or PhD in Computer Science or ML-related field
• Experience with PyTorch, TensorFlow, C++
• Familiarity with large-scale software architectures
• Former experience with Meta or other top-tier tech companies is a plus
