Title: AI/ML Software Engineer Location: Plano, TX Duration: 12 months contract Job Description: As a Software Engineer specializing in AI/ML, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing machine learning models and algorithms to solve complex problems and enhance our product offerings. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI/ML solutions into our software products, ensuring scalability, performance, and reliability. Key Responsibilities: • Design and develop machine learning models and algorithms to address business challenges. • Collaborate with data scientists and product managers to define AI/ML requirements and objectives. • Implement and optimize AI/ML models in production environments. • Conduct data analysis and preprocessing to prepare datasets for model training. • Evaluate model performance and iterate on improvements. • Stay up to date with the latest AI/ML research and technologies. • Participate in code reviews and contribute to best practices in software development. • Document AI/ML processes and methodologies for future reference. Qualifications: • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. • Proven experience in software development with a focus on AI/ML. • Strong programming skills in languages such as Python, Java, or C++. • Experience with machine learning frameworks and libraries (e.g., Tensorflow, PyTorch, scikit-learn). • Familiarity with data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation techniques. • Knowledge of cloud platforms and services (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) is a plus. • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. • Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
