Manufacturing Data Analyst | Remote

Role Overview We're looking for a hands-on Excel expert with deep Manufacturing domain experience to shape and elevate the quality of complex spreadsheet training data. This is a high-impact, intellectually rigorous role where your real-world expertise directly informs how next-generation models learn. What You Will Be Doing • Design realistic, domain-relevant Excel tasks drawn from Manufacturing practice covering production planning, BOM/inventory modeling, OEE analysis, COGS modeling, and supply/demand forecasting • Write accurate, well-structured solutions that reflect professional-grade Excel work • Evaluate tasks and solutions, providing clear written feedback that closes knowledge gaps and raises output quality • Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure consistency and accuracy across training data • Partner with research teams to identify gaps and improve model performance on complex, domain-specific Excel challenges Who We Are Looking For • Advanced Excel proficiency demonstrated in a professional context including XLOOKUP, INDEX/MATCH, dynamic arrays, PivotTables, Power Query, Power Pivot, data modeling, dashboards, and macros/VBA • Hands-on career experience applying Excel within Manufacturing environments • Strong analytical and written communication skills with the ability to explain reasoning clearly and precisely • Demonstrable career progression and a track record of solving complex, real-world spreadsheet problems • Availability to engage reliably for a minimum of 20 hours per week on weekdays Role Details Compensation: $70 $100/hour Work Style: Remote Duration: Contingent / Contract (W-2 employment) How To Apply • Click Easy Apply to proceed • Shortlisted candidates will be contacted with next steps
