This Opportunity
• The Global Growth & Digital Sales team at Adobe drives global revenue and subscriber growth through key business levers such as promotional strategy, free customer conversion, paid customer add-on/up-sell, and retention. As a contractor on this team, you will sit at the intersection of analytics and operations — helping us measure what matters, track progress against key initiatives, and keep the business running smoothly day to day. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented, analytically minded operator who thrives in fast-moving environments and is comfortable going deep on data while also managing the operational rhythm of a growth org.
Key Responsibilities
• Analyze the performance of strategic initiatives — building trackers, synthesizing results, and surfacing actionable insights to inform future decisions.
• Develop clear, well-structured readouts and reports for key initiatives, translating complex data into digestible narratives for stakeholders at multiple levels.
• Provide ongoing visibility into core business metrics, including preparing and presenting updates in regular run-the-business (RTB) meetings.
• Support the development of business cases and investment sizing for project approval requests, leveraging internal data and benchmarks to quantify opportunity and impact.
• Manage operational workstreams including event tracking oversight, long-term trend monitoring, calendar communications, and deadline management across team initiatives.
Required Skills & Qualifications
• BS/BA with 3–6 years of experience in finance, analytics, marketing operations, or business operations — ideally within a SaaS or e-commerce environment.
• Strong analytical instincts with a proven ability to work with structured and unstructured data to generate meaningful business insights.
• Experience building and maintaining performance trackers, dashboards, or reporting frameworks; familiarity with tools such as Claude, Tableau, PowerBI, or equivalent.
• Experience with SQL for ad hoc data extraction and analysis; comfort working with large datasets across multiple sources.
• Experience with web analytics tools; Adobe Analytics experience is a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with an ability to present findings and recommendations clearly to cross-functional partners and leadership.
• Highly organized and operationally rigorous — able to manage multiple workstreams, track deadlines, and keep stakeholders aligned.
• Self-starter with a collaborative mindset and a genuine drive to get things done.
Compensation
