Position Overview MPG is seeking a U.S.- based Marketing Analyst (Contractor) to support our team on a project and/or hourly basis. This role will focus on synthesizing data from multiple marketing channels — including creative, email, SMS, CRO, SEO, and paid media — to produce actionable insights and recommendations that drive performance. The ideal candidate is a highly analytical, data-driven thinker with 5–10 years of experience analyzing complex marketing data and translating it into clear, strategic insights. This is a remote, 1099 contractor position that will partner closely with MPG’s internal teams and may involve client-facing work depending on project scope. Key Responsibilities • Aggregate and analyze performance data across all marketing channels (Google, Meta, TikTok, email, SMS, SEO, CRO). • Identify trends, correlations, and growth opportunities. • Create dashboards and visual reports to communicate insights effectively. • Provide actionable recommendations to creative, media, and strategy teams to drive optimization. • Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure data accuracy and consistency. • Present findings to internal stakeholders and/or clients in a clear, concise, and strategic manner. Skills & Experience Required • 5–10 years of experience in marketing or digital analytics roles. • Proficiency in analytics and visualization tools such as Google Analytics, Looker Studio, Tableau, or Power BI. • Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills. • Ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights. • Experience analyzing data from multiple digital platforms (Meta, Google, TikTok, Klaviyo, etc.). Preferred • Background in performance marketing or ecommerce analytics. • Familiarity with SQL, Python, or other data processing tools.
