Role description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and data-driven Marketing Analyst for a contract position supporting marketing performance reporting, campaign analytics, and actionable business insights. This role works closely with cross-functional teams to deliver data-driven recommendations that improve marketing effectiveness and ROI.
Responsibilities:
Marketing Analytics & Reporting
• Build and automate dashboards to track campaign performance, funnel KPIs, and marketing ROI.
• Analyze multi-channel marketing data (email, paid media, social, CRM, web).
• Deliver weekly/monthly reporting and executive-level insights.
• Support attribution modeling and customer journey analyses.
Campaign Measurement & Optimization
• Evaluate A/B tests; support experimentation frameworks.
• Identify trends and make data-driven optimization recommendations.
• Analyze engagement and conversion funnel performance.
Data Management & Tooling
• Pull, clean, and transform data across analytics, CRM, and marketing platforms.
• Ensure accuracy, consistency, and strong QA in reporting.
• Partner with data engineering, BI, and marketing ops on data hygiene.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
• Collaborate with Marketing, Product, Sales, and Finance to align on KPIs.
• Present insights clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
• Translate data into digestible business narratives.
Required Qualifications
• 3–5+ years in marketing analytics or digital analytics.
• Proficiency with Google Analytics (GA4), Adobe Analytics, Mixpanel, Amplitude, etc.
• Strong SQL skills.
• Experience with marketing platforms such as Marketo, HubSpot, Braze, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Iterable.
• Proficient in Tableau, Looker, or Power BI.
• Strong understanding of marketing KPIs and attribution.
• Familiarity with experimentation/AB testing tools (Optimizely, VWO, LaunchDarkly).
• Strong communication and data storytelling skills.
