Title : BA with MarTech
Location : Dallas, TX
Rate: $50/hr on W2
A Business Technical Analyst with expertise in MarTech, AdTech, and Customer Data Platform (CDP) environments.
The ideal candidate is a proactive self-starter with excellent communication and presentation abilities.
Responsibilities and Qualifications:
• Experience as a Business Analyst or similar role within digital marketing, Ad Tech, or MarTech.
• Hands-on familiarity with Adobe Experience Cloud products, such as Adobe Analytics, Adobe Target, Adobe Campaign, and AEP.
• Strong understanding of customer data platforms (CDPs), identity resolution, and data governance best practices.
• Knowledge of ad tech integrations, including LiveRamp, clean rooms, and data onboarding partners.
• Skilled in gathering, documenting, and translating business requirements into functional specifications for technical and marketing teams.
• Ability to research and write both functional and technical requirements clearly and precisely.
• Experienced in preparing and delivering presentations tailored for executive audiences.
• Capable of analyzing and enhancing digital customer journeys, personalization use cases, and campaign performance.
• Possesses strong stakeholder management skills to bridge gaps between marketing, data engineering, and product teams.
• Knowledgeable about data privacy and compliance standards (GDPR, CCPA, etc.) as they pertain to MarTech and customer data.
• Demonstrates a collaborative and proactive mindset, contributing to both strategic roadmaps and hands-on delivery.
• Excellent communication skills, able to explain complex technical concepts to business stakeholders.
• An analytical thinker who can identify gaps, recommend solutions, and promote adoption of MarTech capabilities.
