β’ Marketing Analytics Manager (B2B Field Marketing) (Contract)
β’ Location: San Jose, CA 95110 or San Francisco, CA 94107 (Hybrid)
β’ Duration: 12/01/2025 to 12/01/2026
β’ Team: Field and BDR Insights
Key Responsibilities
β’ Explore our data infrastructure, extract necessary data, perform data analysis, visualize findings to understand key marketing patterns and trends to develop compelling data driven stories
β’ Summarize analysis on customer needs, product positioning, campaign performance, market trends and competition in regular, actionable, and engaging business updates
β’ Tell the story behind the numbers to a variety of business partners to influence and inspire corrective actions to the business strategy
β’ Acquire, summarize, and circulate key takeaways derived from primary research and market trend analysis done in close partnership with the marketing research team
β’ Bring to life key marketing insights to drive account penetration and upsell motions to improve LTV
β’ Understand and communicate what drives performance and opportunities for product marketing messaging
β’ Partner with marketing to create data-driven campaigns that optimize prospects conversion
β’ Build feedback loops to highlight knowledge gaps and drive future analysis and research.
Required Skills & Qualifications
β’ 5+ years related work experience in Data Analytics, Consulting or Marketing Analytics
β’ MBA preferred
β’ B2B Marketing and Sales knowledge is a key requirement
β’ Very strong communication and presentation skills is a key requirement
β’ Adept at data crunching, and passionate about unearthing significant patterns and meaningful insights
β’ Proactive self-starter, always on learner, and able to work in a virtual environment
β’ An eye for accuracy, the ability to self-manage multiple data sets and data requests, and flexibility to respond quickly and meticulously
β’ Autonomy in managing stakeholders (Director+) and navigate a matrix environment across time zones
β’ Knowledge of CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce or MS Dynamics) is mandatory
β’ Experience in data visualization is required, PowerBI is highly preferred
β’ Proficiency in SQL, Hive, or Azure Databricks is highly preferred.
Compensation
β’ $61.27 per hour.
