In this high-visibility role, you'll partner with marketing and business leaders to measure campaign performance, build executive dashboards, and uncover insights that drive smarter business decisions. Location: Major Metro Area – Northeast US (Mid-Atlantic location also considered) Schedule: Hybrid (4 days onsite) Employment Type: Contract-to-Hire About the Opportunity We are partnering with a growing organization to place someone who will support a dynamic marketing team through data-driven reporting, performance measurement, and business insights. This individual will collaborate cross-functionally to evaluate marketing performance, develop reporting strategies, and deliver actionable recommendations that drive business outcomes. Responsibilities β€’ Analyze marketing performance across multiple digital channels β€’ Develop dashboards, reports, and executive-level presentations β€’ Translate complex datasets into actionable business insights β€’ Track and report on key marketing KPIs and campaign performance β€’ Identify trends and recommend opportunities to improve marketing effectiveness β€’ Partner with internal stakeholders to enhance reporting capabilities and data quality β€’ Support data visualization, reporting automation, and process improvements β€’ Present findings and recommendations to senior business leaders Qualifications β€’ Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience β€’ 5+ years in marketing analytics, business intelligence, or data analytics β€’ Experience building dashboards using BI tools β€’ Familiarity with CRM, marketing automation, and digital analytics platforms β€’ Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills β€’ Advanced Excel skills and comfort working with large datasets β€’ Ability to present technical findings to both technical and non-technical audiences β€’ Experience leveraging AI or automation tools within analytics is a plus Preferred Background β€’ Experience supporting marketing or digital teams β€’ Strong understanding of campaign measurement and marketing performance β€’ Track record of building dashboards and presenting insights to leadership β€’ Comfortable working independently while collaborating across multiple business functions Why This Role? β€’ High-visibility opportunity with direct exposure to senior leadership β€’ Collaborative, supportive team culture β€’ Make a measurable impact within a growing organization β€’ Contract-to-hire structure with strong long-term growth potential If you've recently supported a marketing team by building dashboards, measuring campaign performance, and presenting insights to leadership, I'd love to connect!
