In this high-visibility role, you'll partner with marketing and business leaders to measure campaign performance, build executive dashboards, and uncover insights that drive smarter business decisions.
Location: Major Metro Area β Northeast US (Mid-Atlantic location also considered)
Schedule: Hybrid (4 days onsite)

Responsibilities
β’ Analyze marketing performance across multiple digital channels
β’ Develop dashboards, reports, and executive-level presentations
β’ Translate complex datasets into actionable business insights
β’ Track and report on key marketing KPIs and campaign performance
β’ Identify trends and recommend opportunities to improve marketing effectiveness
β’ Partner with internal stakeholders to enhance reporting capabilities and data quality
β’ Support data visualization, reporting automation, and process improvements
β’ Present findings and recommendations to senior business leaders
Qualifications
β’ Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
β’ 5+ years in marketing analytics, business intelligence, or data analytics
β’ Experience building dashboards using BI tools
β’ Familiarity with CRM, marketing automation, and digital analytics platforms
β’ Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
β’ Advanced Excel skills and comfort working with large datasets
β’ Ability to present technical findings to both technical and non-technical audiences
β’ Experience leveraging AI or automation tools within analytics is a plus
Preferred Background
β’ Experience supporting marketing or digital teams
β’ Strong understanding of campaign measurement and marketing performance
β’ Track record of building dashboards and presenting insights to leadership
β’ Comfortable working independently while collaborating across multiple business functions
