Job Title: Marketing Campaign Analyst
Location: 100% remote
Duration: 8+Months Contract
Schedule: Monday–Friday, standard business hours (8-hour shifts)
Pay rate: $45/hr on W2
Job Summary
The Marketing Campaign Analyst supports the development, execution, measurement, and refinement of multi-channel, multi-touch marketing campaigns by partnering with analysts, data scientists, marketing specialists, marketing managers, and third-party data and service providers.
Together, they will develop requirements for marketing campaigns, create targeted segments and models, identify key metrics to evaluate campaign performance, and identify opportunities to optimize campaigns.
The Marketing Campaign Analyst sets pre-campaign analytics objectives, develops audiences and targeting, designs and coordinates campaigns, schedules multi-channel, multi-touch campaigns, and maintains the marketing calendar.
They provide comprehensive campaign performance measurement, perform mid-campaign adjustments and refinements, and report on return on investment and lifetime value contributions. The analyst also assists with the adoption of new campaign or customer relationship technologies within the digital experience platform.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree
• 3+ years of experience in marketing campaign management or a related field
• Big brand/agency experience
• Experience analyzing large data sets (structured and unstructured)
• Experience using digital experience platform technologies including customer data platforms, CRM, marketing automation, journey orchestration, and digital marketing tools such as Adobe, Oracle, Salesforce, Tealium, Redpoint, etc.
• Advanced Excel skills
• Proven ability to use reporting tools to convert data into meaningful analyses and insights
• Proven ability to translate between business and technical stakeholders
• Ability to work effectively in a consensus-style, team-oriented environment
• Experience with next best action, customer lifetime value, or churn prediction models (preferred)
• Knowledge of SQL, Python, Tableau, Denodo, and/or Power BI (preferred)
• Strong relationship-building skills
• Intellectual curiosity, problem-solving ability, critical thinking, active listening, quantitative skills, high attention to detail, persuasive communication, and project management skills
Required Skills & Experience
• 3 years of experience in marketing campaign management or related field
• Experience analyzing large data sets (structured and unstructured)
• Experience with digital experience platforms, CRM, marketing automation, journey orchestration, and tools such as Adobe, Oracle, Salesforce, Tealium, Redpoint
• Advanced Excel skills
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills
• Proven execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns
• Ability to convert data into insights using reporting tools
• Ability to bridge business and technical stakeholders
• Team-oriented with ability to work in consensus-driven environments
