Position Title: Marketing Data Analytics Manager (Web & AI) – Contract
Location: San Francisco, CA 94105 (Hybrid – onsite up to 3 days/week)
Anticipated Start Date: ASAP

Job Type: [FULL TIME (>=40 HRS WEEKLY)/HYBRID
Pay Range: 85/hr. on w2

About the Role
Marketing Data Enablement team is looking for a strategic and hands-on Marketing Data Analytics Manager to support analytics and reporting across web and agentic (AI-powered) experiences. You’ll analyze complex behavioral data, guide data infrastructure projects, and deliver insights that inform marketing strategy and product decisions.
This role blends deep technical work (SQL, data visualization, tagging) with cross-functional collaboration and Agile execution. You’ll work closely with engineering, product, and marketing teams, and interface with executive stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
• Perform behavioral analytics across web and AI-powered interfaces
• Build & maintain dashboards (Tableau) and define scalable KPIs
• Lead multi-stream projects in Agile sprints (user stories, QA, tracking)
• Manage stakeholder communication across Marketing, Product, and GTM
• Ensure clean data ingestion and tracking across platforms
Preferred Skills (Ranked)
1. Strong SQL + Snowflake/BigQuery experience
1. Web analytics tools (GA4, Adobe Analytics, event tagging)
1. Tableau dashboarding & reporting
1. Agile/Scrum experience (backlog, sprints, QA)
1. Executive-level storytelling with data
1. Bonus: Experience with conversational/agentic analytics

Apply If You:
• 7–10+ years of experience in analytics, data strategy, or related roles, ideally in marketing or product analytics.
• Strong SQL skills and experience working with large-scale data warehouses (e.g., Snowflake, BigQuery).
• Familiarity with web analytics tools (e.g., GA4, Adobe Analytics) and event-based tracking frameworks.
• Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau preferred).
• Proven ability to manage complex projects and prioritize across multiple stakeholders, ideally within Agile frameworks and tools.
• Excellent communication and storytelling skills — able to turn data into strategy and insight into action.
• Bonus: Experience working with AI/agentic interfaces or conversational data analytics.
