Role description

We’re looking for a detail-driven Marketing Data Analyst to join our team and take ownership of monthly and ad hoc reporting that drives critical decision-making across marketing channels. This role is ideal for someone who loves turning complex data into clear, actionable insights.

What You’ll Do:

🔹 Generate 5–12 monthly PowerPoint and Excel reports by aggregating data from social media, email, and web platforms

🔹 Manually compile 15–25 monthly user-level reports with client data from internal and external sources, including NPIs, digital screens, and digital programs

🔹 Create ad hoc billing reports using impression calculators

🔹 Assist with ads and tracking implementation for websites and campaigns (up to 20 per year)

What You’ll Need:

✔ Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills

✔ Experience with data aggregation from multiple sources

✔ Meticulous attention to detail and deadlines

✔ Bonus: Familiarity with digital ad tracking and tag implementation
