Job Details
β’ Location: Virtual Remote ( Pacific Timezone Preferred )
β’ We're seeking a Marketing Analytics professional to support billing and customer experience initiatives. This role will serve as the primary analytics partner for stakeholder communications, test design, and performance measurement. You'll work closely with our marketing and finance teams to ensure rigorous testing methodologies and clear reporting on campaign effectiveness.

Primary Responsibilities
Paperless Billing Initiative (Primary Focus)
β’ Design and implement test/control group frameworks for paperless billing campaigns
β’ Partner with marketing stakeholders to define target audiences and exclusion criteria
β’ Respond to ad hoc analytical questions from business stakeholders
β’ Build and maintain dashboards to track test performance and key metrics
β’ Provide guidance on test design methodology and statistical rigor
β’ Document campaign performance and communicate results to non-technical stakeholders
Additional Projects (As Capacity Allows)
β’ Support CX-related marketing campaign tracking and analysis
β’ Contribute to billing migration analytics projects, including customer segmentation and complexity tiering
β’ Assist with general marketing performance analysis and insights
Required Qualifications
Experience:
β’ Background in marketing analytics, particularly campaign measurement
β’ Experience with customer segmentation and targeting
β’ Familiarity with churn analysis and retention metrics
β’ Previous work in subscription-based businesses a plus.
Tools & Platforms:
β’ Snowflake - Experience with cloud data warehousing
β’ Tableau - Dashboard creation and data visualization
β’ Databricks or Jupyter Notebooks - For exploratory analysis and documentation
Technical Skills:
β’ SQL - Strong proficiency required for data extraction and analysis
β’ Experience designing and analyzing A/B tests and test/control experiments
β’ Ability to create clear, actionable dashboards and reports
β’ Strong data quality and validation skills
Soft Skills:
β’ Excellent communication skills with ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
β’ Experience managing high volumes of ad hoc requests
β’ Self-directed with ability to work independently
β’ Strong attention to detail and documentation practices
