Role description
Wripple's client is seeking a Senior Marketing Data Analyst for a fully remote, 40-hour/week, long-term contract opportunity. About the Role This role is responsible for building and maintaining the reporting, analytics, and dashboard infrastructure that enables Marketing leadership to make data-driven decisions. You will work across multiple marketing, CRM, web analytics, and finance platforms to connect data sources, create trusted reporting datasets, and develop intuitive Power BI dashboards that provide actionable insights. The ideal candidate combines strong analytical and technical skills with a deep understanding of B2B marketing performance metrics, attribution, pipeline reporting, and executive-level storytelling. In this role you can expect to Data Integration & Analytics β€’ Connect and integrate data from Salesforce, Pardot/Marketing Cloud, GA4, Google Ads, LinkedIn, Meta, and finance systems. β€’ Build and maintain datasets that provide a unified view of marketing performance, pipeline, attribution, ROI, and customer acquisition. β€’ Validate, reconcile, and troubleshoot data quality issues across multiple systems. β€’ Partner with Marketing, Sales Operations, and Finance teams to define reporting requirements and business metrics. β€’ Develop and maintain data models that support funnel analysis, campaign performance reporting, attribution, and executive dashboards. β€’ Create documentation for key metrics, calculations, and reporting processes. β€’ Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and governance across reporting assets. Dashboard Development & Visualization β€’ Design, build, and maintain Power BI dashboards that provide actionable insights into marketing performance. β€’ Create executive-level reporting for leadership and board presentations. β€’ Develop intuitive, self-service dashboards that allow stakeholders to easily access and understand key performance metrics. β€’ Translate complex data into clear visualizations and business recommendations. β€’ Apply dashboard design and UX best practices to improve usability and adoption. β€’ Continuously enhance reporting and visualizations based on stakeholder feedback and evolving business needs. Stakeholder Collaboration β€’ Collaborate closely with Marketing, Sales Operations, CRM, Web Analytics, and Finance teams. β€’ Help stakeholders understand performance trends, opportunities, and areas for optimization. β€’ Communicate insights and recommendations clearly to both technical and non β€’ Support strategic decision-making through data analysis and reporting. All About You β€’ Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Analytics, Information Systems, Data Science, or a related field. β€’ 4+ years of experience in marketing analytics, business intelligence, revenue operations, or a related analytics role. β€’ Advanced Power BI experience required. β€’ Strong SQL skills with experience querying and combining data from multiple sources. β€’ Experience working with Salesforce, marketing automation platforms (Pardot, Marketing Cloud, HubSpot, Marketo, etc.), GA4, and digital advertising platforms. β€’ Strong understanding of B2B marketing metrics, including pipeline, funnel conversion, campaign performance, attribution, CAC, and ROI. β€’ Experience designing dashboards and reports for executive stakeholders. β€’ Ability to analyze complex datasets and translate findings into actionable business insights. β€’ Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with non-technical stakeholders. β€’ Experience with Python, APIs, ETL tools, or data integration platforms is a plus. β€’ Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment. Preferred Qualifications β€’ Experience supporting B2B SaaS or enterprise marketing organizations. β€’ Experience working with Power BI data models and DAX. β€’ Familiarity with cloud-based data warehouses and modern reporting environments. β€’ Experience building multi-touch attribution or funnel reporting solutions.
