๐ Iโm currently working with a Tier 1 client of mine in their search for a Marketing Data Analyst. Theyโre seeking a Marketing Data Analyst to join their Analytics team and work directly with the CMO and key leaders across Lifecycle, Paid Marketing, SEO, Merchandising, and more. Youโll be central to shaping how marketing decisions are made, building scalable reports, driving experimentation, and enhancing the companyโs overall data ecosystem.
๐งพ Responsibilities:
โข Partner with marketing and customer teams to analyze buyer behavior and marketing performance
โข Develop dashboards and reports to support campaign measurement and strategic decisions
โข Lead data management initiatives, including improving data collection, auditing quality, and translating business needs into data products
โข Design and evaluate A/B tests for email, paid, and lifecycle marketing
โข Collaborate across departments to ensure actionable insights and data consistency
๐งพ Skills:
โข Strong SQL and Python proficiency
โข Hands-on experience with data visualization tools like Looker or Tableau
โข Familiarity with data transformation tools like dbt
โข Knowledge of marketing analytics concepts: attribution models, segmentation, marketing mix modeling, and incrementality
โข Exposure to A/B testing frameworks and statistical methodologies
โข Excellent communication skills and ability to convey insights to technical and non-technical audiences
