๐Ÿ’ผ Job Title: Marketing Data Analyst ๐Ÿ’ฐ Contract: 6 Months ๐Ÿ“ Location: New York (Hybrid) ๐Ÿ” Iโ€™m currently working with a Tier 1 client of mine in their search for a Marketing Data Analyst. Theyโ€™re seeking a Marketing Data Analyst to join their Analytics team and work directly with the CMO and key leaders across Lifecycle, Paid Marketing, SEO, Merchandising, and more. Youโ€™ll be central to shaping how marketing decisions are made, building scalable reports, driving experimentation, and enhancing the companyโ€™s overall data ecosystem. ๐Ÿงพ Responsibilities: โ€ข Partner with marketing and customer teams to analyze buyer behavior and marketing performance โ€ข Develop dashboards and reports to support campaign measurement and strategic decisions โ€ข Lead data management initiatives, including improving data collection, auditing quality, and translating business needs into data products โ€ข Design and evaluate A/B tests for email, paid, and lifecycle marketing โ€ข Collaborate across departments to ensure actionable insights and data consistency ๐Ÿงพ Skills: โ€ข Strong SQL and Python proficiency โ€ข Hands-on experience with data visualization tools like Looker or Tableau โ€ข Familiarity with data transformation tools like dbt โ€ข Knowledge of marketing analytics concepts: attribution models, segmentation, marketing mix modeling, and incrementality โ€ข Exposure to A/B testing frameworks and statistical methodologies โ€ข Excellent communication skills and ability to convey insights to technical and non-technical audiences If youโ€™re someone whoโ€™s excited about using data to drive smarter marketing strategies and wants to have a direct impact on business performance in a fast-paced, design-forward company, this is a great opportunity.
